Training Courses

In emergency medicine and patient care, theoretical knowledge is truly transformed into life-saving expertise through hands-on, psychologically realistic practice. Ambuer Training Courses bring together small groups of paramedics, emergency medical technicians, transport teams, nurses, community health workers, and IPC officers with our Clinical Application Specialists for immersive on-site or virtual learning experiences. Our curriculum spans the complete Ambuer portfolio—from pre-hospital advanced life support devices to critical care transport, primary care diagnostics, ambulance systems, home care technology, and PPE ensemble competency. Through high-fidelity simulation exercises, live device operation, case-based decision-making, and supervised psychomotor practice, participants build the confidence to operate equipment without hesitation and to manage the chaotic environment where that equipment is used. This strategic investment in your team’s competence enhances clinical outcomes, reduces adverse events, and cultivates a culture of excellence and safety that extends far beyond the training room.

Certified Advanced Life Support (ALS) Operator

Hands-on mastery transforms a protocol into instinct. Our instructor-led courses immerse paramedics and critical care transport nurses in the operation of the complete Ambuer ALS suite—Defibrillator/Monitor, CPR Machine, and transport Ventilator. Participants practice manual defibrillation, synchronized cardioversion, and transcutaneous pacing; they deploy the mechanical CPR device on manikins within an extrication scenario; they configure ventilation modes for the head-injured and the obstructed patient. Under the direct supervision of certified trainers, they receive real-time feedback and must pass practical high-stress stations to earn certification. The result is a clinician who can manage a cardiac arrest or a failing airway with the equipment as an extension of their own hands.

Safe Patient Handling & Extrication Certification

The moment a patient is moved, they are at risk. This intensive programme certifies transport team members in evidence-based spinal motion restriction and patient transfer techniques. Participants practice cervical collar sizing, log-roll maneuvers, Spine Board and Head Immobilizer application, vacuum Splint molding, and pelvic binder tensioning. They learn to use the Scoop Stretcher for supine lifts and the Extrication Device for rapid vehicle removal. The course culminates in timed simulated scenarios that replicate the confines of a crumpled vehicle or a narrow stairwell, ensuring that safe handling is maintained even under spatial and temporal pressure.

Ambulance Vehicle Operator & Equipment Integration

An ambulance is a mobile ICU, and its operator must be as fluent with its clinical systems as its controls. This course, designed for paramedics, fleet managers, and ambulance conversion technicians, covers the integration of the vehicle chassis with its medical payload. Participants learn to perform a complete pre-shift vehicle and equipment checkout, troubleshoot the oxygen manifold and battery management system, and verify the proper engagement of the Ambulance Stretcher with the floor rail under both normal and emergency loading conditions. For services deploying the Patient Isolation Stretcher, a dedicated module covers pod setup, HEPA fan verification, and decontamination procedures.

Home & Community Care Competency

Managing chronic disease at home requires a blend of clinical knowledge and patient education skill. This course trains community nurses and home care aides in the setup, use, and troubleshooting of the Ambuer home care suite: Oxygen Concentrator, Nebulizer, Blood Pressure Monitor, Blood Glucose Meter, and mobility aids. Participants practice teaching patients to perform self-measurements correctly, to recognize device alarms, and to follow their daily monitoring schedules. The course also addresses the use of the patient app and telehealth platform, ensuring that the home becomes a safe, connected extension of the clinic.

Infection Prevention & Control Practitioner Certification

When new infectious risks appear, professional infection management staff form the core safeguard of medical institutions. We cooperate with infection prevention experts to launch this full training program, guiding learners to properly choose and operate Ambuer protective supplies. Trainees repeatedly practice wearing and removing protective gear to complete each step accurately under professional supervisors. The training covers quantitative mask fit inspection, analyzing usage data from supply storage trolleys, and formulating resource saving plans for high-demand periods. Teams will also take part in desk-based drills to quickly arrange separate care areas and protective materials for potential infection incidents, improving their practical response ability.
